Must be a current high school senior, who are citizens of the United States.  Scholarships are available only to students who enroll in four-year undergraduate degree programs at accredited U.S. American colleges or universities.

Must be pursuing a degree in police science, criminal justice, or a law enforcement related field.

Special consideration will be given for applicants going into a field related to engineering, human resources, marketing, business, assembly, fabrication and mechanics. A standout application in a different field of study could also be considered.

All student athletes are eligible regardless of the sport they are engaged in or the capacity in which they participate. The student must be a high school senior or be attending a post secondary institute.
